Willow Springs Winery is the perfect setting for your next corporate function. The Testa Pavilion, with its amazing views of the vineyard, will provide a truly inspirational setting for any corporate function. Show your employees, clients, or business partners they are a valuable part of your business.
At Willow Springs Winery our function coordinators will assist you in making your corporate functions a memorable occasion. All the tools you require to make your function a success can be provided: projection screens, wireless internet, easels, audio and video projectors, podiums and more. Food and Wine pairings are also available. Our executive chef would be delighted to assist you in enhancing your corporate function.
Your "All-in-One" Venue
The Pavilion can be set-up in any manner including boardroom style, classroom or with roundtables and chairs.
Willow Springs can provide you with a state of the art sound system, microphone and podium. For an additional cost you can also have a projector and LCD screen. The Pavilion also carries Wifi for online slideshows, presentations and training.
Gift packages and private label gifts are available to complement any occasion.
Willow Springs' Event Professionals
At Willow Springs we look after all the details and coordinate all the arrangements with only the very best professionals to perform services for your event - from a Disc Jockey and Chef to limousines, florists, and live musicians.
Your Event Pricing and Quotation
As each and every Event has a unique plan and set of requirements, Willow Springs will prepare a detailed customized quotation based upon those requirements. For planning and budget purposes, pricing for all food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during a reception, dinner and after dinner and the cost of rentals and staffing ranges approximately from $60 to $100 per guest plus applicable taxes and a 15% gratuity charge.
Comfortably, with a dance floor, the Testa Pavilion can accommodate up to 110 guests, 120 if seated. A cocktail party of over 200 guests can be accommodated as well. The whole venue, including outside by the spring/vineyard, is able to accommodate approximately 600 guests.

Your reception prior to dinner takes place indoors in the winery itself. Your reception can feature a selection of hot and cold Hors d'Oeuvres prepared by our Chef accompanied by Willow Springs' premium VQA wines and host bar as selected, all served by our attentive serving staff. You will be able to select the wines to be served at your event.
Each menu at Willow Springs is individually created by our Chef to suit you and your guests' requirements and expectations. Menus and service may include plated, served multi-course dinners and themed food stations manned by demonstration chefs. Our new Testa Pavilion provides a spectacular indoor setting for your event or corporate meeting.
The Steinway Piano Experience
For Your Events
Experience the joys of the most amazing piano in the world. Nothing brings people together like the melding of artist and instrument. Enjoy the wonderful sound of a completely hand-made Steinway & Sons grand piano in an intimate and small setting with one of Toronto’s top piano artists.
This package includes white glove, red carpet delivery of one Steinway & Sons grand piano to Willow Springs Winery. The piano will be serviced before performance by one of our world class technicians.
A Steinway Artist will then grace the piano and perform 45 minute sets for your event.
